kisi bhi moving avi ko tinypic par upload karo........copy the link from there ......
go to your profile.........click on ..preferences............at last there will be an option avatar link.......put the link u copied in that.............and click submit...........ur dp will have a moving avi.........wasn't it simple guys...........if u have any other prob regarding it.........just pm me..........
