I think I cracked it

Here's my theory...Nupur has some illness...maybe some after accident effect (a clot or something??).The person who's calling her must be her doctor who wants her to come fast for her treatment. Nupur would have discovered that maybe she's gonna die or something and she doesnt want to trouble anyone..so the fake memory and everything.

I definitely think she doesnt have amnesia (her teary eyed expressions and feeling of nostalgia...)so this is the only possible sane theory.

But I don't think she's gonna die or somehing, But she's been alive for THREE years, how can she possibly think she's gonna die..If she had to die...it would've died been within months of the accident...

yup thats the age old movie formula in these kind of a situations😆....another one is that She has a new family, and possibly another husband (ducks to avoid chappals🤣) somewhere...but now that she has her memory back, she doesn want to hurt either G and M or her new family so its better that SG and M think she is dead and move on then hurting so many people 🤔....

Actually your theory makes perfect sense in relation to Nupur's character... Cuz Seriously, I would never think that she would be soo mad enough to not even show happiness of seeing Mayank and her sister again after three years!
But That would be like KDMHMD..... Anyways, I really want it to be a mix of memory loss and anger... Like she's acting as though she has memory loss when in reality she is acutally angry with them... This I think would get the BEST out this MaYur track... Cuz not only would we get to see the Pain Nupur went through and some really emotional MaYur/MARS scenes (if it were Anger) but also revive old memories of MJHT (memory loss)
But nonetheless, lets see how this track unfolds we've been living under the illusion that MaYur had ended these past 2.5 months but we got them back so that's all I ask for! 😆

she's gonna die.. she has cancer or something.. but i hope it turns out similar to kis des where prem finds out it was a lie and goes back to his heer(wife)...i know 3 years is a lot but maybe she jsut got it and she didnt have conscious for a while...

u'r reasoning is good.One of the forum member wrote abt multi-personality disorder for present nupur's condition.At times she remembers her self as nupur sharma but sometimes as nupur verma.So when these ppl are trying to make her remember past things she is getting troubled and teary.A person whom she called might be a doctor who took care of her all these days and she/he may be having some connection with shanti ashram as nupur stated earlier.
