My Reasons regarding nupur pain and angry:

while nupur is in taurma center, she tried to contact mayank and gunjan and may be she left a message for mayank, remember in morena track mayank leaves a letter for nupur but she wonot see it, in the same way mayank misses her message but nupur thinks mayank moved on in his life...

and in taurma center she might have came across some cases where some girl recovers after some years and goes back to her family but the girl's family moves on and couldnot accept the girl and abandons the girl and that girl again reaches taurma center due to that shock... after seeing this nupur may feel that as mayank left to US and Gunjan is settled with samrat(as nupur only knows that gunjan is engaged to samrat).. she feels if she returns may be everything wonot be the same and she want to stay alone...

She feels that when she is in pain and needs support, mayank and gunjan rejected her... and when she is fine now they want her in there lifes, so she is angry on them

About third angle, during her treatment her doctor(may be female) became a good friend and care taker of her. She shifted to delhi so nupur want to go back to her
