Come on! She knows Mayank so well. How could she possibly think he moved on? Okay maybe she did feel that way (let's just say) But what about her sister?

Frankly speaking, I hope to God she hasn't lost her memory. It'll be like DMG all over again. I hope there's another logical explanation to her absense from Mayank's life. Maybe she was forced/held captive? Ok it's a little dramatic but still. It's better because then whatever happens, Nupur's love for Mayank will never be as strong as before. Only he will remember all the history they had, the love they had. Nupur would fall for him as a completely new person in her life, sans any memory of the bond they had shared for two years; Mayank's love for her will be stronger than her love for him which will make it an unequal relationship. MayUr's magic was in their strong, EQUAL bond and history. They had equal say in their relationship and I don't think a fresh beginning could EVER bring back the strength of their previous bond. It just won't work out.

I hope the CVs have thought up a better explanation.

Hopefully. Maybe she'll get back all her past memories in a sudden whoosh and run up to Mayank and scream "Haan, mujhe SAB yaad hai! Aao, phir se shaadi karte hai!". Now that would be DRAMATIC, Ekta-style.

I 1000% agree with you. I had mentioned something similar in my post too. It would be heartbreaking to see this happening to MayUr. Yes it would be like watching them fall in love all over again but it won't be the same...(and if you want to relive those moments, watch the old episodes) And I hope her reasoning for not meeting up with Mayank won't be so dramatic. Please cvs something L.O.G.I.C.A.L for once.
