Frankly dear I didn't watch this show from the beginning.. Well caught up later thx to Youtube
But that apart I was somehow quite mesmerized by the lovely sequences in the promo of the Valentine's Day ball the last year when the ethereal Khuda Jaane 😍happened and that was it I got hooked to this showI am amazed at the terrible promoting of this wonderful show. So many of us found our way to MJHT through youtube! and vm makers. This highlights to me a big deficiency on the part of the marketing department.
So many mediocre shows pull people in but are unable to maintain their interest, whereas MJHT is it almost the opposite...i digress😳
Had found it to be so beautiful here that I cant even now remember the pair to whom this song really belong So true. Well said 👏MJHT make things their own, imbuing plots, story devices and songs with its own enchantment. Even other people's vm's have the same affect upon me.
Watched 2 beautiful couples dance away the night - one a simple girl and a Cool guy who seemed to be the apple of every girls eye and yet had eyes only for her.. As he did things just to ensure she wins the ball and yes in the process he wins his friend backI fell for Samrat that night too. For me I could never figure him out. Was he as straightforward as he held himself or was he an enigma? He was my most favourite puzzle of MJHT to solve. I wish I could go back and begin this journey of his self discovery all over again. It was as difficultly perturbing but oh so satisfying as figuring my own self!
The other couple ' a complete opposite the guy a listener and the girl a chatter box who seemed to infuse life into him as she smiled and talked unknown to even her that he's falling for her even without her being awareAh! Love that most wondrous of creations. How it will affect each one of us with so diverse results, no one can predict, no one would dare even guess!
Slowly I began loving the gang ' each a strong character in his/her own respect with completely different identities yet a winning combinationAgain excellently noted 👏Even the much maligned Uday. I love him for telling Sheena that indeed Samrat suits Gunjan. he understood Samrat before most others did "Samrat jaisa bhi hai, dil ka bahut saff hai!"
Needless to say no hamming plus very real people in this show became its USP to me none a exaggerated character nor someone too fake to be believed ' in each one of us are shades of all the protagonists or we know someone just like them so that was also a perkLovely! ⭐️👏⭐️For me they showed me a new horizon, nay they showed me how to seek my horizon way above my own expectations! They made me believe that I too could be a Gunjan, or Mayank. Their beauty is attainable, this is the best consequence of MJHT for me, the inspiration towards betterment!
And mostly' mostly I fell in love with this show to see how they manage to do it ' to create a love story between such stark individuals wherein I lost my heart to the pair where the guy is the uber confident Rock star on the surface yet a loner beneath and the girl an introverted bespectacled person who suffers stage fright yet headstrong underneathTrue! 👏
They made us believe what many other stories have failed to do as realistically, and leaving us with that real ambition to seek the same love and beauty in our lives too!
Slowly of course apart from SaJan I also fell in love with other non-couple pairs of this show SaNu and SaYank Love in all its beautiful forms!
