LOLL dont think this promo scene will be aired in the episode as well...M talking about bhaag jaana and all maybe to comfort Nupur...maybe she will feel good only when Mayank maroes such filmy dialogues ..
Who cares anyways its not the first time M is being out of character..look like Raj's aatma re-entered haha
