This is my idea:

We can say that Mayank has left back for Bangaluru but (again MJHT is illogical in many ways) let's say after the exams, they have their break. Mayank and maybe, his mom come back to Mumbai to surprise Nupur but Mayank first tells Gunjan, Samrat, Diya, Uday, Benji, etc. so they plan a surprise party for Nupur.

On the day Mayank comes, Benji, Uday, and Diya take Nupur out of the house and Uday might almost ruin the surprise that Benji stops him. This way, we can get those funny scenes of Uday being a total idiot.

Samrat and Gunjan help out by decorating. I was thinking of a garden or even the Bhushan's house works. IDK if the beach would work. But I was also thinking of where Suraj were during the Dil Kya Kare song sequence.

Funny scenes could be Nupur wondering why Diya, Uday, and Benji are making her do all of this stuff but they forcefully make her leave. And the typical Uday being dumb scenes

Mayur Scenes- Samrat and Gunjan call Mayank to tell him to come to the place. If we did it in a garden, there could be flowers Saying I love you Nupur or even I love you works. Nupur comes in with a blindfold and Mayank can open it and Nupur will see a table with candles and food. Nupur gets excited and hugs Mayank. There can be more scenes when they have dinner

Sajan Scenes- I'm trying to stick to the garden idea right now. After the surprise, Samrat can take Gunjan somewhere like on another corner of the garden. There can be scenes when they are planning the surprise and when Gunjan is decorating and Samrat can come behind and hug her. There are many ideas/scenes.

So if anyone wants to add onto this, just quote it and add things in a different color I guess.

hey sana gr8 topic dear...sorry even i wont be able to write a complete scene...u know na december time college students exam time...but still for me the mega episode will have the entire gang leaving adhiraj in mumbai....to a trip...like mountains...where while sightseeing both sajan n mayur get lost and spend some precious moments together pahadon mein...and a song like "dekhna mere sar se aasmaan ud gaya ha(bunty aur bablii) picturized on them..that will be just too awesome blossom!!!!
