So you were calling him an amateur in that sense, okay I get it now. 😆 😆 For a moment I was shocked that you were , perhaps, calling him a novice which cannot be true because he is THE MAYANK 😳 😳
Technically his little fan club (his arm candy cum secretary included) cannot be called his staff but then our hero only believes in the success of friendship and lowe 😳 😳 , therefore they ALONE might be counted as his staff for all we know.

I enjoyed Mayank telling her to stop making it so obvious - he seemed like Mayank at that instant. But Nupur's gushing has begun to grate and the lawyer was priceless, to say nothing of the whole backdrop of why they were there in the first place.

Debs I could not look beyond Nupur's gaping so what came after i.e. the chiding bit looked like the un-creatives were trying to offer an excuse to Nupur's out of character behavior they have portrayed
Isn't it sad that we are trying so desperately to find that one fleeting moment where these two are in character to satiate ourselves? And that in a couple that originally overwhelmed us naturally with a gesture as simple as a pinky interlock.....

Nupur blabbering about dil and dimaag and chehra and what not.

That's not just sad, its the worst part. A couple that used to be magical in all they did and all they said, is now so devoid of charm. I would have been all perked up about the alone-time they will be getting in the coming week, but now, icecreams and mood-busters seem the perfect ingredients for cheese. I wish I am proved wrong in my assumption. This is the one time I would love to be proved wrong.

Those were the days Kavz! Mayank unleashing his charm day after day.. no matter how cheesy that sounds.. Mayank was SO Mayank! And Mayank was synonymous with oodles of appeal.. the way he talked, the way he behaved, the way he WAS. Nupur was so impossible to not fall in love with - her innocence, her vivacity, her loud but extremely lovable persona. I still am at a loss at what the makers expected to gain from ruthlessly butchering these two characters - a lesser involved audience with a smaller set of expectations and hence easier work?

R.I.P MN!!!

It beats me as to why exactly were we baited when the un-creatives never intended to retain that charm of MN!!!
Have you read this recent interview of Rati's posted by someone here? Apparently, the creatives initially thought that Nupur's character, would not survive for long 😕 😕 If THAT is how much they understood their own creation n the potential/character of Nupur, then what else can we expect from these people?

Yeah, I did read it... Only adds insult to the injury. AR were were given such interesting characters to enact when the show started but though the characters were loved so much by us audience, apparently they were always considered less worthy by the makers! Either the creatives have extremely myopic vision or very wrong assumptions abt the target audience. Or both.

^^ I will vote for both! More than that, I think they take their audience for granted and don't give any credit to their intelligence, I also feel that they disrespect their viewers' sensibility BIG TIME!
