No offence to the Samrat fans.. But I agree with what Manali, Reemz and LadyMacbeth are saying. I was really looking forward to this scene as recently, I have been liking almost all SG scenes. But I was kind of disappointed in that scene. Inspite of seeing Gunjan crying for soo many episodes.. I could still feel her pain. But Samrat's expression just didn't touch me! His expressions were not good at all. And they were supposed to be good.. because they are acting in the play! Even if he did not feel G's pain.. he should have given the correct expressions since the scene in the play demands him to..

Not meaning to offend anyone. Was a bit disappointed, so decided to post my opinion here. :-)

Yes he did feel something, but it wasnt love ! It was the tears in his best friends eyes which prompted him to hug her ! Had he really felt sumething, he wouldnt be so clueless in Ishq hua tomorrow. Keep in mind, he was acting, while Gunjan wasnt.

but best frnd ke liye bhi there shud have been some expressions naa..
like genuine affection/care whatever.. mohit lookd blank today!

I felt the same way. I dont think Mohit was 'bad' he stayed in his character. Sam wasnt really supposed to 'feel anything' so Gunjan stole that episode completely. But agreed, the scene could have been a LOT better... I was expecting a lot more.

I felt so bad for Gunjan
However I do agree with you
his expressions were really awkward
I was watching them and like throughout the whoole scene he looked more like a lost lamb rather than someone who is feeling guilty and desperately wants his love back. Sanaya really was amazing...But then again...She is more of an experienced actress than Mohit...But still, her expressions were better. Her emotions had so much depth they were actually unexplainable...It really did touch your heart and the PD was so right because what she was saying did actually bring a tear to my eye!

mohit wasnt that bad but yes, the way sanaya was doing it, he lacked to support her!

he should hv feeled the pain she was feeling!

well mohit hardly had any lines in that scene most of them was Gunji's. but still i liked the hug so much!

mohit's expressions were good at the start when he was saying the dialogue and also at the end. but in the middle, when gunjan was saying the dialogue, and he was supposed to look at her, he was looking kinda hypothesized or possessed, which i don't feel was the intended expression...so yes mohit could have been better.

i really liked the end with the hand holding (they can do this countless times and it never gets old) and the hug was sweet as well...liked the small smile that slowly formed on his face when he was hugging gunjan. 😳 gunjan did not hug him back. she wanted to but she slowly moved her hand away from him...

The reason Mohit wasnt as outstanding as Sanaya, was because She as Gunjan's were pouring out her feelings for Samrat ! While Mohit as Samrat was just reharsing a scene, because he doesnt feel realise anything as yet !!! If this had been Sajan confession, I'm sure Mohit would have been as brilliant and outstanding as Sanaya !! 😊

naveen, i was thinking the same thing when watching the scene.
i was thinking, maybe they don't wanna show too much emotion in this scene since its for the play and samrat is not really supposed to feel anything (though i wish he had ). the last scene kinda affirmed the fact that samrat is not supposed to understand any of what she said for real.
but i still wanted to see more concern n care in his eyes for gunjan/jhanvi during the scene.

I agree that Mohit could have been a better today (it would have been more romantic that way), but it wasn't about him. The focus was supposed to be Gunjan's feelings. Samrat hasn't realized anything yet. He was just rehearsing, the reason why he seemed lost in her after the hug was because he was hugging her, I think. He knew he was acting the whole time, but the hug made him forget the world and then people started applauding. At least that's what I think.

The SaJan scene was extremely touching

What i loved about the scene is Sanaya's acting, really good~

Yes Mohit was not exactly upto the mark, but his eyes spoke it all~

Overall, it was a great scene by them

Really? Seriously speaking.. i didnt even realise.. Lol.. maybe it was becoz of the dialogues,flashbacks.. was going 'wahh' by it.. or maybe coz of Gunji since she was too good.. But since all of you guys are saying.. then must be true.. I think i need to watch the scene again..😆
