it could be because of heavy load.. or graphics..

Umm u r asking how to view other's sig if Im right?
Go to ur settings (under the Dashboard tab)
Then Go to Preferences
And then there is an option which says "Show Video Avatars + Banner Signatures : " , just say yes to this
And then Submit

Hope this is wat u were asking for 😊
