Why 'Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi' had to wrap up

The TV show 'Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi' will air its final episode on February 19.

While the show did well in terms of ratings for a year-and-a-half, the last few months saw the numbers dwindling.

Shakti Arora, who plays the lead, says, "It is disheartening that the show is coming to an end despite being popular and clocking good ratings in the time slot given to us. I guess the audience could not connect with the new family that was introduced. The old family which revolved around Ranveer and his parents was completely ignored."

this seems like such a ghare murde ukharna type of a thing.. but its true. all were immensely talented actors, but theres only so much people can tolerate and take.. when another separation and this new family was just announced, then only i had said it wont work coz people are exhausted with their separations right now, another will put this show in its grave, we protested against it to no ends, but not one person bothered listening to us then. why would they, we're all idiots here what do we know? Nothing..

The Milan track started taking this show down, but it wasnt the end, a few sensible twists here and there on IshVeer without another separation and it would've bounced back.like what they're doing in SNS right now. something like that would've worked here too.. they HAD to panic and rush into another separation thus killing this show once and for all..🥱🥱🥱

this track wasnt bad, but how much can you watch their repeated suffering, even i cant.. gave up on it a week into this family's intro.Evil bhaiyya is what they promised, what we got instead, was bechara bhaiyya whos being used, and evil MIL who does BM, leechy BIL, bitchy 3rd angle, Ri doing exercise, and the most talented of the lot, i.e. Parul a mute silent spectator..🥱🥱🥱 if only they gave it enough time at least till they promised, let ranveer's revenge play out, but alas.. like i said, ghare murde. thats it..

That was fairly obvious to everyone, that is everyone except for the CVs of this show!

I wonder why the creatives of almost all shows think that the audience are idiots and never take feedback from any of us?
