Sutapasima...i have tried to recheck the exact dialogues spoken and the last line was something like this:

"Aaj mere dil se..mere zindagi se ishani ke yaaden aazad ho gayi"...

Now what do you make of this??😕...maybe it's just a dialogue or maybe more...

OR it could be that he meant that Ishaani was his life and since his heart would stop working so his life(Ishaani) is freed from his mind...😆...arghh i am totally confusing myself...😆😆..don't know what i am saying😕
