When the show initially started, I used to wince every time Raaghav said to Khusiya - "It's mother that has built this grihasthi". I used to wince because I thought that Shanti was just an evil woman and infact it was Khusiya who had built everything.

Today, I have realised that it was indeed Shanti... The woman may have evil streaks but it's true that she is the backbone of that house. Yes, she abused her rights many times, she cheated her son and DIL, she abused Raghva's kids too. But the fact is that Khusiya is infact too dumb and would lose the entire house and belongings if given complete freedom.

The CVs first showed us the cons of dictatorship - it's ugly and evil side in the avtaar of Shanthi. Now they are showing us the cons of unbound Freedom! Look what Nimmi and Khusiya have managed to do in just 2 days of freedom!

With this experience, I hope Riya will realise that unbound freedom is as dangerous as dictatorship. Rules, gates, limits, they are all needed in balance for our own good. I hope with all these experiences, she will be able to find a happy medium and will guide the family towards the same.
