you got it wrong the salman in khawish is not the one this forum is talking about -- darshan dave is bihari don in ghar ek spana --yu should actually watch that show the early episode -- i just adored him there and as i was checking new dramas list -- i saw this heading "omg darshan dave in mere sausral: i just started watching it today-- he is soooooo yummy and great punjabi accent-- he has missed or may be i am missing it -- sometime he does sound more bihari than punjabi
i am going to watch this show just for him

You are right but here I have not heard a single word,which can make me feel he is sounding Bihari,the kind of Hindi he has adopted for the show is north side hindi the way it is prevalent in Hindi speaking punjabi belts ..He is soo soo different from Sujit...

I was surprised to see him in the show as there was no information regarding this before 😳

Actually I didnt notice that his punjabi sounds like bihari 😛

Darshan is not a native bihari speaker. it is not his mother tongue. he took bihari lessons from Ajay Sinha and his friend for his role in Ghar Ek Sapna 😳

I am sure the punjabi sounds a bit strange as maybe he has to imitate his accent😛

Darshan dave is from Jaipur (Rajasthan) 😳

No yaar wasima Omi is Darshan Dave. He has only one other serial called Ghar Ek Sapna on Sahara One. He won the best actor telly award (ITA) for his role as a bihari don

He gained nation wide popularity with this role and now he will soon be seen in a bollywood movie called "kuch khel - kuch masti"

And yeah it has been like 10 decades man....after kulvadhhu IF has become one boring place 😆

I am happy to see you here, maybe we can bring up old memories 😆

Wonderful entry,I couldnt recognize this guy,I had never imagined in my life that he with such an ease can just jump out of Sujits image and be a completely different character in Mera Sasural,he has pumped life into this project,although after the entry of Darshan Dave Mera Sasural will get a huge fan following he has on Sahara in Ghar ek sapna for which he got best actor of indian television award also but what I saw him doing in Mera sasural left me speechless as I had never imagined he would be able to come out of Sujit,the bihari don,but it just took him one scene to completely create a new character,Im Zapped,I have been watching him in every episode in GES but i couldnt recongnize him for a while.Hats off.

I know its just incredible he plays two totally different characters with so much ease

and yes he is sooo cute as Omi 😛

me didnt notice his missings in accent....maybe becauz i dont know what punjabi sounds like ...i only know "balle balle" and "main mar jawaan" 😆😆

but nah...it didnt sounded like bihari, because that I would've known as I speak bihari 😆
