I salute, hands down, to the person who has posted this.
Makes my heart swell with Pride that such people still exist for real and not just in books.
What a Bang on Post.
It's all in our hand guys.
Its "We" the people, who form the society, country and as a matter of fact, even our own god dammed Democracy. So why not change what we know is wrong.
Fight it guys. Lets all take an initiative and abide by it, not letting go of our morals and ethics for anything that comes across as a threat.
Didn't Mahatma Gandhi , say,
Be the Change you want to See.
Each time a girl is sexually molested, Raped, the public offers condolence and does a rebellious action only for numbered days.
To me it looks like show off. Why don't we change that?
Lets not budge from our rebel till the accused gets his deserved punishment.
I feel disgusted to be a part of this world, where my integrity, dignity and security is always at stake.
I want to change that. I want to live.
Without the fear, which at the moment every girl , woman has.

wow Adya ur post moved me from within...its such a strong post totally agreed with you.it reminds me of my idol - Joan of Arc a 19 yr old peasant girl who stood against the whole mighty english army to save her country France in early 19's. she said that she received voices from god that she is the chosen to lead her army in the battle and her predictions came true. As it is always seen that heroes are never spared for her deeds. she was betrayed by her own king and captured by the English and they executed her by burning her alive at a stake in the marketplace of rouen, france as a witch. but after many years she was declared a martyr and was cannonized as a saint and a warrior. A true role model we don't even have a portrait or a photo to remember her by. but what she did 19 years old. its not possible in many ages to come.we need a joan of arc in this age as well. who can possibly lead us against this cruelty against women. have them fight their fears, and protect themselves with full might. i wish for that day. i wish for that day.
