About the sigs: well I'm only asking for 1 and I believe that is the norm, however if contestants wish to create more then by all means go ahead. Nonetheless keep in mind that whatever you submit has to be a group effort hence each sig has to be made by you two...how you decide to do that is completely up to you guys. Furthermore quality matters over quantity so just make sure that whatever you do submit is good. Having said that, I'd love to see lots of creations :)

Finally please do remember that sigs have to be sent to crazycreative not me.

No there's no restriction on the size or the text. And the deadline is Feb 4. The rules have been highlighted at the bottom and the title above says "Rules" but if you still have other questions then just ask here or PM me. Good luck!
