Should I subscribe to this program?Give suggestion

I found it difficult to make money through adsense and other ppc programs. But one day I found this website http://www.earnmoneyadsense.com/ and joined in their free program.
Well, that program helped me make 105$ in ten days through adsense.. I have got the cheque from google also.
Now he wants me to pay 30 dollars subscription fee, so that I can participate in the next month program.
He kept all the promises he made to me before i signed up for their program and I worked for just 15 minutes a day. He is now promising me that he can help me make more than 500 dollars next month. He is giving me valid clicks as well.
Should I pay him? Give suggestions please.
