EARTHQUAKE

I switched on the TV this morning and the first thing I heard was reports of an earthquake in Northern India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Jammu-Kashmir, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttranchal and adjacent areas of Pakistan are affected by the quake measuring 7.6 in the richter scale. The epicentre was somewhere near Muzzaffarabad , Kashmir. Areas of Baramula, Srinagar and Poonch were also affected. I heard quite a few houses collapsed. A high rise building in Islamabad has collapsed too. Tremors were felt even in Punjab, Gujrat and Rajasthan. The Srinagar-Muzzaffarabad highway is blocked.

I hope everyone in Northern India, Pakistan and Kashmir is fine. Please take care ….

i'm from delhi...and the earth quake was really scary..though there r not many casualities in most of north india..but people in jammu and kashmir and pakistan have been injured and killed. 😭 😭 ...but still God has been kind and not many have been killed and injured in a tragedy which coould have affected milions......lets pray for th quick recovery of those injured.....May God bless you all...
