How does Ved know Mandhar?

Ved knew Sharda as being Mandhar's mom when he saw her talking to Pallavi before the Vat Savitri Puja, so that story is still waiting to be unravelled as to how he knows Mandhar. It cannot be from the accident because he wasn't out of the car to see who got hit. It could be from the hospital but then again the name he was given by Raghav at the hospital was Rajeev or something so Ved would not know he was Mandhar. Also who called Mandhar on the night of his wedding? Did he know Ved before? I hope the CVs unravel this mystery for us.

Anyone have any other theories?

So at the accident site when Ved got out his car, he recognized Mandar. According to him, Raghav did Mandar’s accident. It felt he dint know Mandar as a best friend but more like acquaintance. He said “Ye to Mandar Deshmukh h, me jaanta hu isse “

So I feel Mandaar wud hav worked with Ved fr money in his drug business.

As to y Mandar left on wedding day, nothing is known but fr sure Ved didn’t call him bcoz of d above dialogue. The post hospital story cud b anything, Mandar using the opportunity to run away from Sanki, or run away with Devyani, or Aai May b involved, no idea 🤷‍♀️

I think the CV’s are tucking away that story for a later day if the show gets extended as potential for another track. I have a feeling (or part of me wishes I should say) that Mandaar and Ved have some connection with something illegal, maybe that’s why Mandaar stepped out at night on his wedding night. I really hope this is true for the sake of Raghvi and Pallavi’s solace

When he saw Sharda talking to Pallavi, he said "why is Mandhar's mom talking to Pallavi?" "How does she know her?" That is why I was wondering how he knew Mandhar.

Yes he knew Mandar & his family .. but mostly as acquaintance.. not very close
