I've remembered IPK days when the first hug was the talk of the fandom and it happened around the 100th episode if my memory is not deceiving me. I remember being so excited, I was happy the whole day, but then Arnav did not hug back but still.....damn those days🤣

I think, it will be when Raghav will be at his lowest (remember, he has a bad past as well, which at present has taken a backseat because he needs to mend the current disaster he has practically created and walked into). By then, Pallavi will realize his good side and will also develop a soft corner for him. I am not sure they will confess but at this point, there should be a mutual hug for comfort coz both are hurting. Raghav is hurting coz he's hurt Pallavi and also because of his bad past and Pallavi is hurting because she sees him hurting and is still hurting from the pain he caused her, but they're both trying really hard to move past it. I'd cast in my vote for an emotional hug. Romantic hug should only happen after they're in love and I really don't want them to fall in love real soon.
