Lead won't leave because story revolves around them
About other cast specially deshmukh there is nothing left for them and focus shifted from them. It is only pallavi who miss them. Even Milind kaka is missing in show. Sulochana is also weak vamp. Mansi also missing and amruta is just bubbly girl without any story. Nikhil has no role anymore. Only aayi who is has little bit role. Even harish is not in picture.
Milind Pathak left show I think because he has idea that there is nothing in future for them. If he was in mumbai he can do anything like ad or drama if no shooting but no scope in Hyderabad and they do get paid as per episode. They can't sit ideal and wait for their turn
