Every week, MasterChef India 2 manages to surprise and shock the contestants. Last week's challenge literally swept the safe contestants off their feet as they got a straight ticket to Hongkong. Excitement is in the air as it is the first international challenge in the history of MasterChef . This time, two Michelin Stars winner - Chef Tsang Chiu King has a totally unexpected task for the contestants. Find out what's in store for them.
For this challenge, the contestants will be astonished to see themselves in pairs, on the basis of the menu colors. While some contestants may find the pairing easy, others could be in for a bumpy ride. This time, MasterChef India 2 is truly giving them something bigger, better and tougher as a task. The contestants will have to recreate the dish that earned Chef Tsang his Michellin stars.
Rajendra Mane says, "MasterChef ke wajah se mein pehli baar international flight pe chadoonga. I've heard that Hongkong is a very beautiful place. I cannot express how happy I am feeling right now. But I am also very nervous about this week's task. Cooking with ingredients native to Hongkong, most of which I haven't even heard of is not going to be easy."
Dolcee Pratik exults, "I have gone for many international vacations, but the Hongkong challenge is going to be my first business trip. Sabse badi baat yeh hai ki mein apne bal bute pe jaa rahi hoon. From learning new techniques to buying ingredients from the local market, I'm all geared up for the challenge."
The contestants can brace themselves for a warm welcome in the Langham Hotel in Hong Kong before their challenge begins. Dancers will be seen performing the traditional Lion Dance, especially for the MasterChef India contestants.
Who will match the standards of Chef Tsang's dish? And who will face the 'Aakhri Daav'? Don't forget to watchMasterChef India 2, Sat-Sun 9pm on STAR Plus.
