We all know that he debuted in Bollywood with Tum Bin, however that hadn't really helped him to make his career in tinsel town and he switched to televisions and worked in quite successful shows. Now he is busy shooting for the ambitious Madhur Bhandarkar project Heroine.
Elaborating on the same, he tells, "It is a very beautiful project and it was a pleasure to work with Kareena Kapoor. Though it's not a full-fledged role, just a cameo of sorts, but it's an interesting role. I have few but very important scenes with Kareena and we struck a great chord. Interestingly, Kareena is a Virgo and even I'm a Virgo, so we got along very well."
But if you thought now that he has got a big chance in Bollywood and he is no more interested in television, then you are wrong. Raqesh is very clear that television is his first and last love."I will never leave TV for the love of anything. TV has given me a lot and I respect it. Even if I get the biggest role in Bollywood, I would never leave TV because it is a medium which is more flourishing than anything," he shares.
It seems that his relation with small screen is quite deep!
