He shares his first ever STAR Parivaar Awards experience with us and talks about the highlights of his Macao trip.
How was your experience at the STAR Parivaar Awards?
It was a nice experience to be the part of such big television awards and I am glad that I made my debut with such grandeur. I had great time with other STAR parivaar members and I want to thank STAR Plus and the parivaar members of STAR for giving me such a nice welcome.
What was the highlight of this year's STAR Parivaar Awards for you?
The venue itself –The Venetian Macao was awesome. Then my first ever performance with my ladylove Priya aka Riddhi was stupendous. And of course, our success at the award function. This Macao trip was a good break for all of us from our hectic shooting schedule.
How did you enjoy Macao? Did you indulge in any shopping, sight-seeing?
I enjoyed my Macao trip by spending time with Priya mostly. Though, we spend time on the sets, it was a completely different experience altogether for us in Macao. I didn't go for shopping because I wanted to relax. The Venetian was very beautiful, and we went to the pre and post event parties which were wonderful. I had a great time with the channel head and other STAR Plus members.
Were you surprised to discover that you had so many fans in Macao? How was the experience of interacting with them?
Oh yes! It was started from the Mumbai airport itself and frankly speaking, I was surprised that the show and my character were so famous among the audiences. After landing in Macao, we had some pleasant surprises from the fans. It was lovely to know that everyone praised my role and most importantly, they all loved my jodi with Priya.
Tell us about your act/performance. What can the audience expect from Aditya and Priya?
All our fans will enjoy our performance which is a romantic act and later we even shot for a candid interview off-screen about how we fell in love etc. I just want my fans to watch all that and give us their feedback on Starplus.in.
How many nominations do you have and what are your expectations for yourself and the show?
I was completely surprised to know that I was nominated in most categories, which I never expected. It was a pleasant surprise. I am glad that audiences loved my role and our show. I want to thank STAR Parivaar for my grand welcome in to this huge family.
