As per promos Gavit (bar owner) is still alive and he becomes concious and Ragini is entering hospital in attempt to kill him !

she has already declared infront of video camera that she will be in jail after surrendering to police after her mission if she survives. So the fate of a small baby of chhaya is inconsequential to the story.

Yes he is v much alive...one of the hawaldar Who is stationed j n the hospital is Raginis informer...he calls Ragini telling Satav has gained conscious.
