Is it only ego-issue?

The kind of person I am, no matter how hard I try, I can never go beyond rational thinking. My expectation of logic from everything and everyone around me also restricts me from appreciating Mai's illogical reaction re: Meghana's past. So IMO, the only pratikriya that's swabhavik in this case is dhakka basney aani vait vaatney. I've said this before...calling Meghana muki bahuli is way out of line and screams character inconsistency. Meghana-Aditya are a married couple now in every sense of the term, so what exactly is Mai's problem? Puhhlease! Why is Meghana being treated like she's some "damaged goods"; and it shouldn't really matter as long as Aditya, her husband, has accepted her past. Archu-Mai, go take a hike!
But obviously not everyone is like me, so they are a bit more sympathetic towards Mai. And of course human behaviour is controlled more by emotions as opposed to logic. When emotions are running high, like they are in the D-house at present, people do behave unpredictably. So perhaps Mai is right, too...but I fail to understand her.

That's precisely my problem. I mean they show characters which are far superior in 'values' than those of any 'real life person'. and then suddenly these characters behave like normal human being.
Values can not be selective. They are either there or Not.

I object, Mansa badaltaat. That depends on the situation they are facing ,accordingly some very good ppl behave exactly opposite to their values e.g sometimes as cheaters or vise versa. This may be temporary or even permanently, but mansa badaltaat, it's true.
True. Kharaye ki mansa badaltat. Also, the values we espouse and the values we actually put into practice, or are able to put into practice, are often two different things. But then we can at least call Mai out on her double-standards & hypocrisy, right? The makers can't just push down this whole 'swabhavik pratikriya' thing down our throats. What Mai sees as swabhavik, I see as aswabhavik. And we are both right! 😊
Now if suddenly Katrina Kaif wins a national award for her acting in Dhoom 3, jhatka toh lagega hi na, woh bhi zor se! 😆

ha..ha.. Katrina and acting...2 opp sides of the coin. That reminds me of aamir's full pg ad today in all newspapers for new movie PK. This kind of so called out-of-box thinking for advt by a leading star has never happened before. I don't think they shd hv gone so low for publicity. We are drifting away from topic but it's ok. This is really a big shock whether u r aamir fan or not. Any opinions ?

Liking the poster or not liking it is a matter of personal taste; but it did grab us by the eyeballs, so the job is done! 😊 We are all talking about it. They don't call Aamir 'marketing genius' for nothing. My opinion? I haven't looked at the poster properly yet - couldn't see past Aamir's heavily botoxed face!
But I am looking forward to 'P.K.', and that's because of Rajkumar Hirani.
