Scar tell me I have not missed this dialogue and you are paraphrasing or deciphering his expressions "it is better that Mannat never meets Vikrant" I did not hear this and don't have the patience to go and watch again so confirming 🙈

Dua should be told the truth..agreed but we have to look at her age too.

She is too young to understand or comprehend's ManVik situation.

Dua is going to have loads of questions if she is told the truth now. Even if she is asked to address DK as Bade papa then her question will be why Bade Papa and not just Papa ?

And the biggest issue would be repercussions of knowing the truth. Not every child would be able to handle it.

Once she is of a certain age, DK & Mannat should tell the truth & not keep it hidden the entire life like RoTu. And I am sure they would have thought through it.

RoTu had a big reason to hide it because they got the child illegally and they knew how Vikrant hates lies & how he would react and thats exactly what happened (although he listened to only 1 version..thats another thing)..

Cheers Mannat / Dk doesnt have any reason like to RoTu to hide it for a lifetime, once Dua is of a certain age she can be explained the entire situation ..

I will be honest here..

Even after saying people that husband stays out of country etc doesn't work.

Society people are extreme nosey including relatives and it is not easy to deal with.

All these CA, mudslinging, people loose talks eventually start taking a toll on mental health of a woman so na chahte huye bhi sometimes karna padta hai.

And you also cannot eliminate all society people bcz you need to mingle at times..

It could mean anything. I didn't like it. If he loves Dua so much, why can't he take the onus of uniting them ? After all, Vikrant is his brother and Vish is his mother. he seems to have forgotten his real relationships with all of them, or maybe I am being too intolerant of him.

I haven't watched yesterday's episode yet, just read Scars update and watched Vik Dua Convo. For me this will be the story of Manvik and their daughter Dua. Rotu come along with them as a family to complete, though I wish they would have showed Gagan too. Agree DK took care of Mannat and Dua when they were all left alone , took care of Rotu when they were thrown out of their homes, leaving them penniless. But nothing can be taken away from Vikrant per say. I would refrain commenting on Vikrants SM haunts but once he breaks free from the shells he will gather all his broken pieces together, we have seen when Vikrant is correcting his mistakes he leaves no stone unturned, he is that ziddi.

Vikrant will come back and that's when DK have to step back. This is not permanent.

Dua and the leap has been proposed to the change in dynamics of the relationships and again bringing the perspective of nature vs nurture. Vik will return back to Rotu and also though difficult task for him shall complete his family. Somehow I cannot figure out any third party completing the family. And this is the family of five - the scene in two episodes down the line played up while Satnam Waheguru was played. My heart stringed when I saw Vik Dua phone Convo.

And most importantly I cannot take anyone else but Adsha together as a pair. They have insane chemistry which is undeniable. With Yami added to the list, they make a perfect family onscreen to me.

This is where I am confused, There is a similar story line in Kuch rang, and it was handled beautifully and there was a male character there aswell but never called Papa though he helped raise the child. There were never any lies and here it's all the more risky considering how 1 lie of Mannat destroyed her life and took away Shruti. Wouldn't she be scared to lie again that too the same trauma she & Vikrant faced and now doing the same to Dua?.

It's probably me who can't understand lies, since I have seen many of my friends/families whose dad wasn't living with them nor have they even met the dad. They were living with their families, however they never went on to call other male relatives in the family as papa and infact they were told from a very young age they were separated and in 1 case deceased.

I don't understand how lies are going to help any child , Truth shouldn't have a right time to reveal. If Mannat would have corrected Dua when she was young she wouldn't have to keep lying daily. Sure, she would ask for her dad but by now she would have understood the situation and she would have still gotten the same love from DK. Mannat is not only deceiving Dua but she is prepping her for a worst heartbreak. She will have only herself to blame once Dua finds out different versions of the truth and having Vikrant's genes is a danger sign already.

Wow man , the gist is the same and I have no clue how I Missed this dialogue, probably I was fed up of DK and his Mahaanta . I would have bashed him by now if I heard this dialogue and no you are not intolerant

How can he even say this knowing fully well his own mistakes, crimes and him bringing Vish into their lives and how Vish manipulated him his entire life. So, he is ok his brother who he dearly loves 👎 lives a life of lie with Vish being manipulated,misses out on Dua & he gets to live a life with Vikrant's daughter , selfish much and clearly showing he is Vish's son

I bet you Vikrant is stupid, but if he has additional information which DK has at the moment , he would never ever do this to anyone let alone his brother.

We don't live for the society and where is the society when they are struggling to collect money for Neetu? This is something which Vikrant actually tells Mannat in the episode right after he saved her from the gundas.

Let me ask this, what are the planning to do tomorrow if Dua asks for their wedding pics or neighbors ask for wedding pics , what if Dua asks why they don't live in the same room, what if Dua asks she wants a sibling or the same society asks why not have another kid?

Pre leap I had my sympathy only for Mannat character because she was a collateral damage and paid the biggest prize for 1 lie. But if Mannat hasn't learnt anything from what happened 7 years back, why have the expectations from Vikrant that he has to learn something in 7 years from his previous mistakes.

I was saying this in one of my earlier post, both Mannat and Vikrant are wrong and neither get a clean chit and because of their mistakes Dua is going to suffer big time.

Resham , bold, me too I can only route for ManVik & AdSha and no one else.

I can stand 3rd angles but no one is better than ManVik since they do not obviously have all the information other characters have and are being withheld from them.
