A good synopsis?

Hi everyone! I am contemplating whether to watch or not watch this serial. However, before I decide, I would like to get a general synopsis of this drama.

I went to the synopsis/articles link in this forum, but it is not very good.

Could somebody please just give me a general run-through of the story? I would really appreciate it. Also let me know if this serial is worth watching.
