Theory: Stalker knows Sameer really well. Latter is a psychopath killer of sorts. He has probably done this before too therefore the stalker knows about it.

He could be a journalist, a private investigator hired by crime branch hence higher orders of letting him go. They/cbi have no proof against Sameer so they probably when catch him red handed.

Sameer's fam is definitely fake. Oh God😒

No on a serious note I don't know but usually in an accident u call someone who is the closest to u so maybe the child or the husband. Now if sameee is the husband tht only leaves the child

If she had been married to Sameer for 2.5 years before the incident and Sameer starts torturing her after marriage, she wouldn't be walking arm to arm with him on the water before falling off the cliff in that red saree (unless it's a dream sequences of hers, i.e. how she envisioned her married life).
