Brilliant episode! There's so much I want to say but above all, the team did a fantastic job in presenting various situations without dragging and the ending scene was just beautiful. The three in their little world, they look so good together. Hats off to the team!
The way Arya fought for Janvi, Kian, and himself, the way he reminded her of the big picture, trying to get a grip on his fear of losing her, seeing that she's as much a mess as he is, but resolving to not let things crumble. Kian may be upset with him but still trusts him over Anushka. I loved the way Arya lovingly looked at Kian as he ran to be with Janvi, where be belongs, how he literally locked the three of them up in their own world, not allowing outside interference. Janvi's affection for her sister is going to be her weakness but he gave her Kian's qasm to stop her from going out. He will shield them from Anushka's clearly evil plans. The last scene of them all hugging and the framing of the beautifully decorated room was just spot on!
I also really loved how he pointed out for the first (and probably last time) that he never judged her or her character for being a single mother, even though he didn't know who Kian's father was and was ready to accept him as a son before the 'truth' came out. I don't think Janvi distrusts him but right now she's confused and worried about losing Kian. She knows her sister is selfish but also knows she can't really keep Kian away from her. What a mess! The gun scene was an interesting way for Arya to express his anger and frustration at the situation all in front of her, because who else would he be able to do this with? No one else in the family is even bothered to check in on him or even poor Kian for that matter. I'll exempt Dadaji of course, as he's the one who took the right decision and is heartbroken to think that his innocent great grandson was deprived of his father's and the Bundela love and privileges all these years. Everyone else is...
I am wondering if they'll show Kian being ok with Arya now that he's back in the room with him and Janvi, but I won't be surprised if Anuskha and some of the Bundelas try to turn him against Arya or Janvi in time.
I'm so mad at Ujwala right now. She doesn't seem to care for her brother. I know she's looking after Dadaji but I hope she'll go see Arya. Taiji and Raina of course didn't waste any time in trying to kick Janvi out. I'm beginning to wonder if Abhay was the blackmailer, since Kian is a competitor to Prince as a Bundela heir.
This show deserves much higher TRPs and a better slot. Karan and Ulka just nailed it, as did Nihan.
It was a really superb episode.
Dadaji even with his low health thinking about Kian. The only person in the whole family who really cared about the child.
Arya seeing Kian on the stairs sitting sad and alone. Good that he didn't try to explain anything to Kian's questions. He just let the child vent out his sadness. He handled it more maturely than what Brij does with Arya.
Taiji, Raina and Abhay are just sickos who care about nothing else but money and property.
Arya's fight to keep his family intact was the best in the episode.
The way he explains, apologises and seeks punishment from her, all show how much he was afraid of losing them. He was desperate to hold on to both of them.
I loved his apology, explaining himself that he's not a man of loose character. Arya getting Kian back from Anushka to their room Janvi. Arya shutting the door firmly was the best. He will protect his family.
Kian trusts Arya and that's why he went with him but Kian is just a child who can't understand the way the world is. So it's right now difficult for him understand why Arya wasn't in his life earlier. It'll take Janvi's slow approach for him to understand that and forgive Arya for that.
I'm glad that they didn't create unnecessary misunderstanding between the leads and gave them a maturity in their characters.
