Ishaan is a jerk and moron.. He will definitely repent for ditching Mahi.. Suppose Ishaan comes back to Mahi, What's the guarantee that he won't ditch her again..???????Just hate this guy......

For everyone who's questioning me calling Ishan a jerk, I never said Mahi is not to be blamed. Yes, she saw Ishan like what she wanted to see him as, never really thought about the truth. It is Mahi's fault too.

But that doesn't make Ishan less of a jerk. He called it all for 'fun!' That's just so disgusting!

And what was up with his attitude? Before sleeping with Mahi she was all special to him and didn't say that cheesy line about love to her? And after that the very next morning he behaved like Mahi means nothing to him. So all he wanted was that only? That does disgust me.

The moral of the story that i found was " Be careful what you wish for."
See mahi always wished for a tall, dark, handsome guy. She never included what kind of character the guy needs to have. So she DID get a tall, dark, & handsome guy yet she got heartbroken as he had a cheap character who used & threw her.

the way i see it mahi and Ishaan are both adults living a modern day lifestyle, and these are the bitter pills of reality! Mahi's personality is a bit off the radar for me, i never really understood how pessimistic she can be when writing answers to her help column, yet never saw the the huge fall she was heading for🤔 where was her head in her own relationship, the writers of the show really dropped the ball in my eyes for this seems like a huge character flaw in Mahi's character. but then maybe the moral of the story is that we see what we want to see, and not a iota more....or is it the blind leading the blind!!!! either way i just hope they dont keep showing her stuffing her face and crying over spilt milk...

i totally agree wid u guys..............if its too good to be true..it usually is ..................... i guess all of us at some poinnt or the other learnt the lesson that all that glitters is not gold!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ishan was never really interested in Mahi the person, only in having "fun" (Okay I know I'm being repetitive but I just don't know how else to frame Ishan's objective in dating Mahi....!)

And he's had the fun. So he's most probably never even going to think of Mahi again, and her future boyfriend will defo not interest him.

That's what I think....this epi was the end of "Ishan" in Mahi's life.

agree to an extent; however, they showed some really sweet moments between the two (the walk in the garden and the scene at the dhaba before they kiss and all those millions of flowers and calling each other by their surnames)...and if all he wanted was 'fun' then those sweet moments wouldnt have happened. i think at some level, ishan liked mahi. the only problem is that mahi accepted his fast moves (thanks to anjli and her mom 😡) and during that time ishan started thinking that she is despo and cheap etc etc...but he will want her back, esp when he doesnt get the camaraderie with his fiancee and when he notices how shiv and mahi are getting close/dating.

PS - i seriously hope it doesnt go the kya kehna way!!!

I'm with you two on this one.... totally agree. Mahi knew he was a proper player... so what did she expect? In reality guys like Ishan don't go for girls like Mahi unless they are after somthing. The rare couples that do date/marry/whatever is usually if the guy and girl don't see the exterior and have fallen in love with the person within (usually good friends... like Shiv).... so in basic what I'm saying is that guys like Ishan have a rep... and EVERYONE knows this... so poor Mahi should have been more careful - poor girl had a hot guy show some interest in her life for the first time and got swept up in the moment of it all.

I'm glad shows like this are being made... while we may all have a good laugh at certain aspects of the show... its core message is to be love yourself and not give into any bad aspects of life - as it says in the first post... "if it's too good to be true it probably is".
