Umm.. Can't say much abt body parts.. I used to think that goddess Kali has only 4 hands..

Srj has a tattoo

I meant the arms attached to her skirt and the garland of heads.

Where is his tattoo?😳

The costumes for the Devis are terrible !
It looks like a cloth draped, not a sari or whatever

Sari didn't exist till Indus Valley, if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if any of the texts have actually described their clothes, but I did see an interview of Dr. Bibek Debroy where he said in the old days women wore 2 pieces of fabric draped across their bodies. So the show is probably correct.

Agreed, but at least it should be draped properly. It looks terrible. The costumes of Star Plus' Mahabharat were more accurate in this regard.

Yes , i too feel the walk looked a bit forced & comical .. only when she was about to step on Mahadev , the comical aspect seemed a bit reduced somehow .. before that , it looked cringeworthy .. and they showed it for far too long .. 😆

Yep, that's been bothering me...thanks for opening a thread for it.
She could be more dignified. Also, I don't really see why she'd be producing spark with one out of four steps!

Another thing that bugged me was, how Raktabeej (?) stands and gives a half-minute lecture on what he thinks a woman is and MahaKaali, umm...just listens? I thought if she's calm enough to stand through his nonsense, she is calm enough to calm herself...like why'd she even bother?

Hola! And yeah, they could've got someone better for Lord Vishnu.

P.S. Where's Brahma?
