Yes, they needed to punish Dushy but they didn't become all savage like Dushy etc did when they abused her in the dyut sabha. That's the biggest difference between them and the pishach who died mercilessly today.

And yes, I want my kids to watch this episode today as everyone needs to see how a sex offender should be punished

The fact is Bhima did drink his blood and infact celebrated dushy's death

Drauapdi wanted dushy's arm to be severed from his trunk and pulverized to an atom

I dont think so.CV's from their end have tried to WW Drau and Bhima today but there was absolutely no need for it

Being unforgiving and vengeful was their character

Bhima mangled keechaka's body in front of draupadi and draupadi didn't even flinch that was her character

If CV's would have read the epic they would have realized here no WWing is required

i agree, sabhyata, this WW was not needed indeed, but, it made a wide contrast bitween kauravas and pandavas.

Bhima later in the epic tells Gandhari that he didnt let the blood reach his thorat

But ⭐️Bhima crying and throwing away dushy's blood is something compeltley opposite.When in the epic he does drink dushy's blood whether he drinks it fully or not not sure but he does take it in his mouth.Infact he shouts at top of his voice about how tasty his blood was and celebrated it all around the field.Soldiers ran away in fear of him

So whatever was shown today was a big distortion

Now people may think this act of Bhima was inhuman and uncivilized which is fine to each their own certainly Cv's seem to think so hence the change but i have always said no matter what whatever has happened in the epic should be shown

Even BRC showed it years ago so what was the issue now.Even Ramanand's shri krishna showed it

Regarding drauapdi what i meant was she was unforgiving towards those who abused her yes she definitely did have a soft side to herself that is why she stayed with her husband's during exile and even took care of gandhari after the war but she never cried or showed mercy to the one's who had abused her .If she wanted to do that she could have tied her hair years ago but she didnt

My point is show whatever happened in the epic rather than changing things because Cv;s think character's were wrong here.

Show what character's really did or want and let the viewers decide for themselves what was right and what was wrong

@Sabhyata... I think SP is treading on eggshells with this 'lahu' track. Yes, they have whitewashed characters left and right but today's WW for me did have some grey hues and that's why I'm okay with it. WW of Yudi and Karna for me has been worse. Draupadi forgiving Dushy and Bhima crying after Dushy's death was not as bad as for me. I kinda liked that twist. Not everyone has read the MB like a lot of us on the forum have. A lot of us understand the characters better than some people who haven't read the whole epic. Aaj ke episode ke liye main SP ko maaf karti hoon.. :) because I know there will be major distortions next week when Karna yudh starts.

@Anu...I can imagine this episode would be too much for preteens. I guess they should label it PG13.

when previous versions had the courage to show what actually happened i see no reason why ⭐️Bharat cant show it

If some viewers think that Bhima was inhuman for doing what he did then that is their opinion incident's of an epic cant be changed to suit other's opinion

sabhyata, tv industry has changed a lot since brc mb and shrikrishna, and the huge chunk audiences of starbharat are kids too, so for them they showed this distortion. anyway, i was a little uncomfortable after seeing the dushy vadh at brc mb.

ok i was re watching the episode . ( fyi star has edited few secs of gore) .. i mainly watched drau

the scene of dussy treated the same way as he did drau was very impactful . ..( so much more the second time)

i watched drau carefully , she does not shed tears until she comes near armless body of Dussy ..

She does not look away when dussy is thrown around ... doesn't even flinch when his arm is being ripped and even when bhim breaks his chest ..

As she walks towards the body there is no hesitation in her face ..

it only when she comes near the battered body and remembers her words she sheds some tears .. not for a sec i felt that it was for dussy death .. it was for the horrendous act that resulted in brutality ...

she tears up when bhim is pouring blood on her head .. i felt it was for myriad emotions .. yeah she got justice but what was the price .. and after few secs no tears frm her ..

the way she says "HP ke yuvraj" with so much sarcasm shows she has no sympathy on Ks
