I'm going to be a rebel and say Pandu!!!!

Think about it - the dude has a curse of not having sex. But to satisfy his desire he disregards the curse of death upon having sex and leaves his wife and sons without a support...

worst father right there ...

Now I'm curious to know how many other people would have included Pandu in their list (say of top 5 fathers).
