why media is always after mb & dvd?

I really wonder that is there no news at all in the whole country that media is always after MB or DVD? Almost every week there is an article about mb going offair or DVD fights. They behave as if mb is the only show to go offair. They forget the basic thing that ever show which is onair have to go offair at a point of time. Even diya or baati(the show with highest trp) will go offair one day.Atleast mb made its mark in the whole television industry and it is not like those shows which are promoted like hell but still remains a flop show. If dvd fights also then what is media's problem? Its the problem of mb producer and director.
