Hello All! Here is the new chapter as promised. But I believe it is not up to the mark. I have tried replying to everyone individually but forgive me if I couldn't. Chapter 2: The Caf

"So basically, this is..." Rishab stopped dead in his tracks. I can understand. Being such a famous, sophisticated and posh Superstar you would be dumbstruck exactly like this seeing a Cafeteria this Full, with loud chattering voices adding to the high decibel noise.

Cafeteria in St. Thomas holds a special place in heart for many people, like for Clara it is her make-up show-off place; Mukund finishes his pending lessons here, Ritu gapes at her Crush here and many more things like that. But for me it is a place to EAT! I don't have many friends except my Best Pal Trish. But she doesn't comes here. Drama club members can eat in there practice room, and Trish doesn't want to miss the opportunity of being the lead just because she wasn't there in front of the director, eating in the Caf.

Anyways,

You need to walk the aisle to reach the food counter, the aisle which is famously known as the "Ramp walk" by the students in St. Thomas. The place where impressions are made and broken, it all depends on how you walk here. Many people fear it and many don't eat here for the same reason.

But when it comes to me no one cares, I am the goody-good simple and sweet Madhubala.

"Now Come..." I said and dragged a stunned Rishab. And no surprise that when The Rishab Kundra walked the Ramp he had captured the attention of every single female there, Boys were no exception.But he walked on, I think He isn't aware of the attention he was receiving.

Everyone from the Fashion Queen of the school to the shy geeky girl, from the Miss standing there to the Lady at the food counter, everyone was in Awe of him.

"What are you going to order?"

"Huh!"

Here he had practically stopped the time for the Caf and he is worried for the order. I guess Superstars are like these only, not worried and never giving a damn about the attention they receive.

"I guess, Veg Burger with Mint, French fries and Coke will be fine for you?" I asked him nervously, not sure about the celebrity's diet or choice.

"I am Bored!"

"With what? This school?" suddenly I felt suffocated for reasons unknown. Was he planning to leave from here?

"No. The food! I am bored of eating the typical junk food." He said with a cute scowl. Wait! Cute?? I need to get myself checked.

"What are you going to have?"he asked me.

"Um... I have my lunchbox!"

"What does it have?" he asked a little pissed, why was my lunchbox suddenly so interesting?

"Rajma and Rice" I replied meekly, God, It was embarrassing.

"Great! I will have that, Come" He replied and started walking towards an empty table.

Have my Rajma-Rice? "Wait! What?" Now I was confused. He was already seated.

"Can't you hear Madhubala? I said I want to have Rajma and Rice which you have" he said giving me a bored look and then a lop-sided grin. I suddenly felt colour rising to my cheeks, Was I blushing??

Getting my Lunch, I sat directly opposite to him on our corner table. I don't why but I felt many eyes on me, probably the girls, Uff!

Without any warning, RK grabbed my Lunchbox and opened it. "Only one spoon!"

"Hey Sweety! Could you get me an extra spoon?" He said to girl passing our table, which I know of course deliberately, flashing his grin. For some odd reason I wanted to rip that girl's head God, what's happening to me?

"Su..Sure!" the girl managed to say stammering after RK gave her THE Grin of his, she looked like she was going to fall down anytime soon.

After the spoon came, we started eating. This close proximity with him was affecting me.

"Hey Madhubala... Hmmm..that's a long name, can I call you Madhu?" My heart wasn't allowing me to say "NO" to that cute puppy look?

"But I am Madhubala, no one calls me Madhu here"

So this is my special name for you" and he winked, A jolt passed through my body. Special name! This Guy will be the end of me.

Heya! Trish, how was your practice session?" I hi-fived my best buddy.

"Cool. It went great! But I have something to tell you" The colour drained from my face? Did she recognized RK? Or was she about to confess her love for Rishab, No this can't be.

"What is it?" I squeaked, fearing the worst.

"See, Madhubala there is a Dance performance next week. It's a partner Dance. I couldn't take part in it cuz I am busy with my play, but I have submitted your name for it" She said, all the while smiling at me.

"WHAT???" I was outraged

"Relax Madhubala!"

"You have submitted my name, knowing that I am not interested and I wouldn't be able to dance, and the top of it, it's a partner dance, who the hell I am supposed to Dance with??"

"Take a chill pill, Madhubala. You would learn and I am sure you would do great. You just need to find a partner. Please! You would do it for me, please Madhubala" And lo Drama started with Trishna pouting and blinking her eyes pleading to me.

"Okay fine, this is the last time, only for you" It is easy for Trishna to melt me and this time she wanted to try Theatre for once.

"Yaaayyy!!" Trishna jumped with joy and hugged me. I could help but smile seeing her excitement.

"Wait, but who is gonna be my partner Trish?"

"That you are allowed to choose yourself. Good Luck Madhubala" And she ran away pecking on my cheeks.

Pheeww! Search for a Partner. God! Kahan fas gayi mai?? And why is this RK taking so much time?

"Hey Madhu! Thinking about me?" I jumped at the suddenness.

"No.. Who.. Actually I was.. Nothing!!" he chuckled seeing me fumbling.

Here I was so stressed about finding a partner and he is chuckling. But Wait!! I need a partner. Hmmm.. I glanced at RK. Could this happen?
