First of all, this is neither a mocking, bashing or accusing post, nor am I here for a fight.
I have some serious issues with Madhu's character today and I would love someone to explain her stance to me, someone who has watched the episode and someone who has been WATCHING the episodes daily.
I love Raja and JM equally because their characters are strong and flawed and they both are not mahaan. Enough said!
Now coming to JM.
Today she said to Raja that he is heartless, he doesn't care for her feelings, he is jungli, his family is jungli yada yada. Fair enough! This is her point of view and she has stuck with it since day 1👏
Then she tells him that she doesn't feel for him and she wants to go back home. Which means that she doesn't wanna live with him. FAIR ENOUGH again👏
She has made up her mind that she neither cares for Raja, nor can she ever live with him. When she was begging him to let her go, I was feeling bad for her, really bad. I wanted Raja to say, "You're free to go wherever you want". I wanted to see her happy.
But, the morning scene confused me again.
She sees Raja beating up a man. Raja was behaving like a jungli. He is a JUNGLI. She doesn't care for him, she doesn't wanna live with him, she knows after she leaves him, he will become a bigger jungli, then why did she go and try to stop him?
The way Madhu was again and again trying to stop him, made me remember that time when her mother was stopping RK from killing Ballu because she couldn't see the tag of KILLER on her husband's forehead. But the difference is that old Madhu loved RK and wanted to LIVE with him while this Madhu, doesn't love Raja, wants to run away from him, doesn't even care two hoots about him or his family. Then why?
Her behaviour would have been justified had she accepted her relationship and had vowed to bring him on right path. But today, it wasn't.
And regarding the slap, Raja was beating the man who killed his parents for no reason. He pushed Madhu two times but she kept interfering. In the heat of the moment he slapped her. He didn't even realise that he slapped his Rani. Tomorrow he'll come back in his senses. I am sure.
But yes, I, in no way support violence of any kind of man on woman. So yeah, I didn't like the last scene in terms of violence.
P.S. I can expect decent debate without any name-calling, mocking and bashing here, right?
