The above prediction is extremely plausible. It could be the CVs way of exposing Paabo to RK. Some research has shown that those in a coma still have the ability to sense things around them. Such as noises, voices, people, touch, smell, etc. They simply can't react. Well, this is a serial, so science doesn't really matter...I mean...RK went into a coma after a minor stabbing to the opposite side of his heart.
Anyways, let's say that Paabo and Dipali are in the room with RK (by chance they're alone) and are conversing about Madhu obviously. RK, most likely, since it is an Indian serial, will be able to hear all that's being said. Remember how after RK died (back at the first Ganpati celebrations) he later told Madhu how he remembered all she said to him in his dead state? If the CVs can take that route and have a dead RK hear everything, they can easily have RK in a coma state hear everything as well. Maybe when RK comes to his sense, he'll realize all that's been done to Madhu and will also finally realize how terrible of a person Paabo really is. This will help bring together RK-Madhu against Paabo-Dipali.
Radha...well, I think she's just an easily influenced old lady. So if RK just tells Radha that Madhu was never wrong, she'll believe it.
