I think this scene also from RK film and hidden camera will be there to shoot madhu expressions and RK is acting only
may be i am wrong but this accident occur during shooting of film

I'm not surprised really because Drashti is phenomenal in emotional scenes...she's also brilliant in other scenes as well but I love her the most in emotional scenes. I remember when RK got shot during Ganapati Visarjan, DD's acting was so remarkable that day. It left a huge impact on me and many others. And even today, her performance was outstanding. DD is surely the best actress out there!!
