Thought this was a nice article to read. My only comment was - VD, droolicious and fabulous and drop-dead gorgeous though you are , maybe you should add gym three times a week to your repertoire.

"Six Pack Abs are not only made in the gym but also the kitchen!" - Vivian Dsena

The very good looking and extremely charming Vivian Dsena, who is currently playing the immensely popular role of RK', in Color's most loved show Madhubala...Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, shares with urlremoved his fitness secrets, and what he too does, to keep in shape! What does staying fit mean to you?

According to me, your body is your temple, which you have to respect and keep balanced at all times, in the form of being healthy and fit, which is very important to one and all! So for me, staying fit means respecting your body type and aiming to keep it balanced at all times.

What fitness regime do you follow to keep in shape?

I have a nice healthy breakfast everyday which gives me a good push for the long day ahead, drink a lot of organic green tea which is excellent for the body, eat a loft of fruits like melon, musk melon, watermelon etc, drink around 7-8 letres of water a day and play football thrice a week which proves to be a great cardio exercise for me!

Do you prefer hitting the gym or sticking to normal exercise routines like walking or playing sports?

Well, I had started gymming at the age of 13-14, so for me, the gymming quota is nearly over, though with the exception of a particular project or assignment which requires me to workout at the gym, which I ofcourse do. Other than that, football thrice a week is a must for me, and a great cardio exercise as mentioned before. Also, though there aren't very good swimming pools in the city, I try to head for a swim to places I am comfortable at, whenever I can.

What are the 3 basic things you do daily, to keep in shape?

Drink organic green tea every single day, eat only grilled food, football thrice a week and I do try to sleep for around 10-12 hours whenever possible, as sleep is one of the most important factors in keeping your body healthy!

Do you feel that food and eating healthy play an important part in keeping fit?

Six Pack Abs are not only made in the gym but also the kitchen! So yes, food and eating healthy does play one of the most important roles in keeping healthy! It always has to be a good balance which is 60% food, 30% exercise and 10% rest!

Are you conscious of your eating habits and what does your daily diet contain?

I am not fond of any kind of junk or fried food, and very strictly only eat what is made at home, from the purest form of ghee which comes from my hometown every month. Other than that, I eat only grilled food like grilled kababs or vegetables, mango pickle made by 80 year old grandmother, a lot of fruits like pomegranate, bananas, apples, musk melon, oranges etc, drink 7-8 letres of water a day and my breakfast usually comprises of steamed idlis, dosas or eggs in any form. Also, I am a huge fan of vegetables so I can actually eat an entire bowl of salads or just plain cooked palak also for maybe lunch or dinner, which is actually excellent for the body!

Do you believe in the size zero concept that has suddenly taken over everybody these days?

According to me, a size zero person is malnourished, unhealthy and sick! It does make one look thin and good, but a person does need to have some amount of fat in their body to remain healthy! And so it is just abusing of the body.

A male celebrity body that inspires you?

Salman Khan is a really fit guy with a great body, and Hrithik Roshan too who has developed his body so so well for Krrish 3! Coming to Hollywood, my all time favourite Arnold Schwarzenegger, has an Epic body ofcourse!

A fitness tip for your fans?

Like I said before, your body is your temple and so treat it like one. Respect your body and make sure to always keep it healthy and balanced by following the right methods, and most importantly, consulting a dietican or doctor before taking up any kind of different methods. Also, please try to avoid any kind of crash diets etc as providing your body with the essential nutrients, minerals, vitamins and carbohydrates is very neccassary as those essentials will always help you keep your body balanced, fit and healthy!

Don't know why but I feel VD is intelligent and quite a cultivated man although he didn't went to the university, by the way he graduated in engineering , the other day he was telling the reporters that if they had physics in school they would have known water should not be used to douse fire😆

I just love the way he handles the press although sometimes he is very annoyed with all people arround but he just cracks jokes and sometimes uses some implied dialogues to make them understand😆

I know he didn't go to university, I was talking about engineering graduation from high school, I don't know about the educatif system in India, I thought even in high school you do some kind of specialization😊

In Morocco we have many baccalaureate streams in high school : litterature and human sciences, physic sciences, mathematic sciences, earth and life sciences, engineering sciences, agronomic sciences, management and economic scenes ... ( baccalaureate is the diploma we get graduating from high school, it allows you of course and according to you marks and some selection tests to get to some high institute or university after high school graduation), I thought it might be the same in India😊

Oh ok,

In high school you can choose sciences arts etc ..math and science in high school will be eligible for engineering but there is no diploma in engineering as such in high school unless he went for some polytechnic courses which is one year extra than high school when you can choose engineering streams but they are diploma holders in engineering not graduates ..

Now that you mentioned i guess the engineering sciences are taught as a subject in the Mathematic scienes stream.

Anyway, I just read about his graduation in engineering in wikepedia, and at the same time saw an interview of him where he said he didn't go to university, so I just connected the two pieces of information and came with my silly conclusion of graduation from High school in engineering sciences😆

Anyway Wikipedia is not really a reliable source, anyone can write anything there

Yes he indeed did, and to our great pleasure, we can see him warna if he was an engineer, he would have been now in some factory supervising workers😆
