RK did not tell Madhu?

I know RK put his house up as collateral for the bank loan but did I hear right that he has not told Madhu??

Did I misunderstand?

If not, then

Here we have Madhu telling Bhabo that she and RK do not keep secrets from each other and on the other side, RK has put his home on the line.

I hope that when RK gets home he remembers to tell this to Madhu - after the excitement of finding his heroine!
