Sultan joined hands with Dips was like, two most delusional people got together , mungeri lal ke sapne dekhne ke liye ! they themselves are worthless , unse kaun pyar karega, still they find sadistic pleasure in troubling others , that's it..they come in the category of those people who cannot see others happy , just bec. they can never be happy !
