Till I know Madhu she has lot of self-respect. Earlier when Deepali tried to buy her with 40 Lakhs, she refused her. So I don't think she will ever pay this amount to Mr. Marathe. I know this time its for RK-her true love but that time also RK was too much torturing her then too she was ready to bear that time instead of taking the money from Deepali.

This is my view.
