It is Sultan who is illegitimate his father refused to take his responsibility and left his mother
no one knew about their wedding 😕

I am sure you are aware that in Hinduism, second marriages do not count as legal unless you have divorced your first wife! I am sure bigamy is not lawful in India! I might be wrong, since I do not live in India! (Do clarify this point for me, if you can)

Btw your reason for Sultan being illegitimate does not make sense from a legal nor social perspective! To refuse a child whilst married does not make that child illegitimate!😆 Marriage whether hidden or publicized is still a MARRIAGE, and as long as both parties were sane and of sufficient capacity to give consent, and of course bearing in mind he does not have a different wife somewhere else, that will be considered to be a valid marriage!

Ps! No offence intended!

Wonder why CV's hve forgotten this point...
In all cases Sultan would be the illegitimate child of MK not RK..
Hope the CV's get their facts right...

@innocent

If the marriage was done legally (Mohan and Meera) wouldn't they have records of it ! So how could he proceed with another marriage ?
And if the wedding was done religiously and in front of society , where is the acknowledgment?
I'm not saying Sultan's dad leaving him makes him illegitimate , but isn't illegitimate kids the ones who were born out of wedlock? The one who society doesn't acknowledge. So Mohan betrayed meera along with his witnesses and never looked back. No one knew anything about it.
If the wedding of Mohan and Meera is true then the wedding of Mohan and Radha is true too.
Radha didn't know of his other relationship, in front of the world RK is the son of MK and Radha. So at the end of the day, illegitimate is Sultan not RK
