According to Law RK will not be Nazayaz/Illegitimate child, it's true that as per story MK secretly married Meera but law will not recognize their marriage valid because

1. MK-Radha marriage has all the essentials of a valid marriage like proper ceremonies, Witnesses, Social recognition etc.

2. Law recognizes such secretive marriages only when there is social recognition means people knowing them as husband and wife or people knowing that they are living together.

3. At the most in such cases the child from the first marriage may be given legal recognition but the validity will be with second marriage only.

4. As per Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 MK-Radha's marriage would be considered as valid marriage.

5. The case which is given in the link is based on peculiar facts of that case and the judge taken that stand because it dealt with giving maintenance to the lady and any way the child out of illegal wedlock also is having some rights. This is just an obiter dictum i.e. statement said by the way not warranted by facts and only ratio decidendi i.e. reason given for the judgment is binding on the other courts. Moreover this being a High Court judgment , this is not law of the land and not even binding on courts of other states and is subject to overrule by the Supreme Court.

So, RK cannot be said illegitimate child in any circumstances as per law.
