my feeling is that radhaji is not as simple as she seems or it will be that kuku ji would have manipulated the situation, Radha ji must have found out about sultans mother having an affair n bearing child which was her husband mohan kundras but because she did not want her son having to learn that her husband was a cheat she kept up apperances after his death of what a warm loving husband n father he was, enters one kuku bhatia saw the benefits of marrying radhaji he has sultans mother put in asylum either with or without radhaji knowing.
