Seriously that good for nothing person ruined everything. Yet madhu was being nice to him. She should have thrown him out of the house the moment she saw him. Seeing sultan in there is going to add more to RK's rage and pain. The situation will be nothing but more worst.

according to the spoiler video RK was upset and angry about involving sultan in there permit game, involving him in their love story. which was right.

RK never involved or discussed about his prem game to anyone, nor he told anyone how much he loves her.

it was between rishbala always.

he is not heartbroken about madhu's peek game, he just wanted that it should have stayed between them only.

well that explains everything RK never liked sultaan and madhu's intentions are now revealed to RK so what I have concluded is that situation might be quite different if sultaan wasn't there and madhu had confessed her intentions to herself and deciding to tell RK the truth and RK would have overheard her self-confession.
