Abby, I don't which post specifically but you said something like today's episode and dialogues justified Madhu's decision and how she took her decision. Nope.. She is wrong and she will soon find out.
I have not watched the past few episodes. I will do so during the weekend. But Abby it is absolutely not true that RK's love is true this time or that it's genuine. It may be possible that he thinks he is genuine... but the reason people are angry is because none of this is actual redemption. (Which I think is good, actually. The last thing I need is for yet another jackass love story justified because of "redemption.")
RK's love is still not genuine. He is still all about possessing her. He himself admitted it to her that that's how his "love" is. That it is his zidd, it's about having her. He doesn't give her a bit of space. Let's not forget that all this is actually due to the fact that he didn't want Sultan to have any chance with her.
Then there's what she did with Paddy. This is NOT a marriage where two people are fighting against family pressures, and are standing up for their love. Even in such instances many people would try to first convince their family. But what did she do here? She is not heeding her mother, going ahead without her mother's blessings or her family.
All of this is very stupid. Very, very stupid. And she will learn her lesson. I am not angry on her. It is hard for me to watch, but if the CVs are going to show the reality, then I have no problem with what they've done. The truth is, many times people are stuck in this cycle where they are blinded and sucked in.
If the CVs plan on showing that, I have no problem. But if they want to pass this off as some kind of true new beginning... well then...I have a problem. Because what we see with RK is not romantic, nor should it be accepted. He treated her as an object from the very beginning. And this time around, he treats her as his possession and never gives her any space.
So understand that people are reacting because they think the CVs are showing this as a love story that should be rooted on. I don't think they are. I think they play with the notion, but then soon they end up showing the reality.
