Volunteer/ social services
Take a vacation
Hang out with real life friends
Spend time with family
Watch a movie
Exercise/Jog
Go shopping (that is always fun!)
Get in touch with a real life old friend who you haven't seen in a while

There are many other activities too! I can come up with more if you like!
