Guys, please understand that there is a tangible difference between "criticism" and "bashing". And I'm hoping we can avoid the later.

You're welcome to comment on an actor's acting abilities and your opinions of them (in a civil manner) but there is no reason to comment on their appearance or ridicule them for it.
